Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were tiny, dirty, and even the second room had issues like black mold. The windows were minimal, and the overall cleanliness was below standard. The location is the only redeeming quality, as it's close to Times Square and the subway. I wouldn't recommend staying here if cleanliness and room quality are important to you.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room I had was spacious and comfortable, exceeding my expectations for New York. However, it was disappointing that the room I booked did not match the description provided. The location was fantastic, just a street away from Times Square, making it convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience was very basic, offering limited choices. The service from the staff was friendly and accommodating, making my holiday enjoyable.
The hotel is wonderfully located between Broadway and 8th Avenue, just steps away from Times Square, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room, although on the smaller side, was sufficient for me and my daughter, but it tended to stay hot despite efforts to cool it down. The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived until the staff helped me with my departure arrangements.
The hotel room was incredibly small and poorly fitted out, making it challenging to maneuver around or have enough space for personal belongings. The bar area had a dark ambiance, which didn't add to the appeal of the hotel.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though small, had pretty chandeliers and a functional bathroom with big mirrors, but the lack of wardrobe space was inconvenient. The service was friendly and accommodating, but some staff members seemed unknowledgeable. The location was perfect for exploring NYC, close to Times Square and major attractions, but unexpected fees were a downside. The dining options were basic, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was overall fine for our 4-day trip. The rooms were lovely, spotlessly clean, with free tea and coffee available downstairs 24 hours a day and snacks between 4 pm and 6 pm. However, my room was extremely small, even for a 'standard double room,' and being right against the window on a street meant constant noise from fire trucks and people yelling at all hours.
The hotel is located in a superb area close to Times Square and within walking distance of major attractions. The rooms are small but well-organized and clean, ideal for a busy stay in New York. Service is exceptional, providing shuttle arrangements and valuable local tips. The dining options are limited and slightly overpriced, but the location compensates for it, offering excellent value for the prime spot. Overall, a great choice for a convenient stay in the heart of Manhattan.
The hotel offers a mix of great and not-so-great features. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although a bit tight in space at times. The service ranged from very friendly to a bit inconsistent. The location was convenient and close to attractions but could get busy. The dining options were relatively good but with some room for improvement.
The hotel's location was perfect, close to everywhere we wanted to go, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms were small and hot, making it hard to relax, and the breakfast was very basic for the price.
Upon check-in, the room had no windows making it quite dark, but I was impressed by how quiet and clean it was. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bedding, shower accessories, including bathrobes, were wonderful. The service was exceptional throughout my stay, from the moment I arrived until they helped me into my cab to head to the airport. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the theater district, close to Times Square, theaters, subways, and a variety of great restaurants. The dining experience was a bit off, with limited options at a higher price, but the smoked salmon bagels were quite good. Overall, a hotel with great rooms and service, exceptional location, but dining could be improved.
The hotel was conveniently located near Times Square and a few blocks from Central Park, offering great value for the price. The rooms were of a good size and pretty comfortable, with occasional noise being a slight issue. The service was excellent, with standout staff members like Jessica, Charles, and Mickey, along with the housekeeping team who were all friendly and helpful. Overall, a decent choice for a convenient stay in the heart of the city.
